Nope, not glitter. Just pure dry powdery flakes. Who knew you had to come to Washington for such a thing? Actually, the folks in Winthrop aren't happy about it. Its been so cold and dry the snow doesn't pack down and has been bad for snow machining, and xc grooming - it blows around too much.

no snow here in bend....but spokane had the most since 1922! glad to be here!
